finally something fresh!

the bison was very tasty. you get what you pay for here...it's the first online company i've tried where finally for once, the meat was fresh & not rancid. i am no stranger to the taste of bison, so i can also confirm...it really was bison. being a more expensive hunk of meat, i was really worried at first to purchase this, but the quality was absolutely perfect.

i cannot get humane food where i live, aside from a few free-ranged local cattle in their pastures but the catch is our local butcher never tells you how they are slaughtered. i also have specific medical diet needs which require me to eat alot of lean red meat. so it's really frustrating when ur basically forced that sort of diet, but u dunno whether or not the animals lived & died with dignity.

i wish i would've tried this company a long time ago. i've only tried them a couple times so cannot place a general review just yet on the co. themselves, but as long as it stays fresh, i'll definitely keep coming back :)
