THE most amazing melt in your mouth experience EVER! And, the flavor ... OUTSTANDING!!!! I’d love to know the next time you are expecting a fresh shipment ... I’d immediately place an order so I could again receive in unfrozen state ... I was able to cut some GORGEOUS steak portions!!!!!

Exceeds Expectations

The tenderloin I received was just over 8lbs! I cut individual steaks for one meal, while frozen, and kept the rest frozen, for later use.
1h45m sous vide @ 125 degrees followed by searing - with red wine garlic mushroom reduction sauce; it was very rich indeed.

Sublime Lean and Healthy Bison

We couldn't be happier with this Bison tenderloin. Butchered I to tips for a sautée or maybe chili, and the rest into filets. Flash seared, then oven roasted low at 250 to am internal temp of 125. Ethereal tenderness that satisfies the red meat craving with very lean meat, and far more nutritional value than beef. Five stars for quality, and shipped as advertised.

Perfect for a holiday dinner
