FANTASTIC IN ALL THE WAYS THAT COUNT

I have never cooked or eaten a capon until I ordered one from FOSSIL FARMS. I roasted it with some cut up onion, salt, and fresh ground pepper. The capon carved extremely well. The juices ran from it and the meat was remarkably tender! The flavor and aroma was better than any meat I have ever experienced. We actually got four meal from it and then made a big pot of soup from the remaining meat. I was a Culinary Arts instructor with the Government and have cooked and eaten many chickens, none a good as this capon! I would say if you have never eaten a capon, I recommend you try one, you will not be disappointed
