Grass-Fed Lamb Loin Chops

The Grass-fed Lamb Loin Chops come from the striploin and filet, connected on the bone.  The bone separates the strip and filet in the shape of a "T", which is why these are also called "T-Bone" Chops.

Our Lamb Loin Chops are portioned to about about 1.5 inches thick, with 4 pieces per package.  These chops shine when simply seasoned with salt and pepper, and preparation is best over the grill or pan seared to medium rare for the best eating experience!
