Extremely lean, lack of fat/marbling doesn’t take away from the taste…extremely clean tasting and tender for all items…pay attention and don’t overgrill…Peace

This was my second time ordering from this company. My order was delayed and I was offered replacement should I needed it for a certain date. I did not. There was constant contact throughout the whole shipping process. I was very pleased with their concern for its safe arrival and my specific time frame if I'd had one.
