Angus Beef Strip Loin is the whole muscle of the steak cut known as the NY Strip Steak. You can roast the loin whole or portion into individual steaks. Portioned steaks are great on the grill or seared in a pan. To maximize the quality of this beef, cook no more than medium rare.
