Ostrich Steaks | 2 x 6 oz.

I didn’t know what to expect when it came to ostrich steaks since I’ve never had ostrich before and I was a little nervous about them being tough or not being able to cook them just right. But these steaks were amazing! They had so much flavor, they were super easy and quick to cook, and so tender! My whole family absolutely loved them and I have a family of picky eaters. These ostrich steaks are going to become a standard rotation for our family dinners!

Recently diagnosed with Alpha Gal syndrome and literally LIVE off beef. Found out the similarity of Ostrich, was skeptical but It is as close to beef. I truly enjoyed it and will refine my prep and grilling to do it justice! Communication on my order and delivery were perfect.

Every item I ordered looked as good as the pictures. They were all trimmed perfectly so I didn’t have any hassle. The meats were all tasty and of great quality. I wanted to try this place out because beef is too expensive and chicken is boring. I’ll be back
