I suffer from Alpha Gal Syndrome. The ostrich meat was the closest thing to beef I’ve been able to eat for quite some time. Absolutely delicious! Just not affordable. It will most likely be a twice a year luxury purchase for me.

I used the ground meat as meatballs and served with rice and gravy. Meat was very lean and fresh tasting. Highly recommend getting this is on my reorder list.
