Partridge | Whole Bird Cage Free

It might have been the recipe that I used. No one complained about it, but I wasn't all that crazy about it.

I purchased several whole bird cage free partridge as a surprise gift for my Brother. Our Father used to hunt partridge regularly, and it was one of our family favorites. My Brother was beyond ecstatic to receive this gift, and has been raving about the partridge since they arrived. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates the unique and amazing delicacy of these unbelievably amazing birds.

Never had partridge before. But heard it was good.

Was surprised at the size being so small. However after making a fine dish out of it. The taste was wonderful. Would recommend as well have again for myself in the future.
