We thought this ribeye meat was the most tender and delicious we’ve had. And, liked it better than Wagyu. Looking forward to trying another cut.

Trying different things these days. These Piedmontese Cowboy Ribeye were good, but not enough different for the extreme difference in cost. If you are extremely health conscious, they are good tasting, and most likely what you're looking for!

Dang Good

A good but tasteless meat.

It was a tougher meat than I expected, not like a rock bit tougher and dryer - however the meat tasted decent.

How delightfully yummy, your Piedmontese Cowboy Ribeye; so tender, it melted into my mouth...after all but leaping into my mouth! I was especially impressed with the enormity of each steak; so my yummy for the price! I'm sure to order more of this delight filled taste treat soon!
