Our 100% all-natural, Certified Piedmontese Beef is pasture raised in the Midwest to the specifications of the “Never Ever Program,” where antibiotics, hormones, and steroids are never used. The cattle are 100% Grass-fed and finished, lending an incredible flavor profile to the finished product.
