Our pigs are raised without antibiotics, steroids or hormones, and are prized for their marbling and sublime flavor. These uncured hickory smoked bone-in hams have a light smoke finish. Fully cooked, our half hams average 7-8 pounds each. Spiral sliced, it's great cold or reheated to serve the whole family.

Almost perfect ham

Loved the tender buttery texture and good pork flavor. The spiraling was only about 2/3rds of the way to the bone so I had to carve partway. We enjoyed it but felt it could have used slightly more smoke flavor preferably hickory but whatever hardwood was used it was so subtle it was hard to tell what hardwood was used. Still overall a very good ham.

urkey was amazing, ham was very disappointing

Very disappointed. Ham was very dry and bland. Followed reheating instructions exactly as written.

Best ever

I think, and my guests concurred, that this was the best ham I've ever had. It has helped produce some wonderful left-overs! One comment: the spiral cutting did not go deep enough and made carving a bit of a pain; it was only a bit more than and an inch, perhaps inch and a quarter. This does not negate the fact that it was absolutely delicious!
