Our 100% all-natural turkey burgers are made from a blend of breast and thigh meat. Our ground meat never has any additives. These burgers are 85% lean with 15% fat. The Turkey meat needs nothing more than salt and pepper but works well with just about any seasoning. Turkey Burgers are very versatile as they can be grilled, pan seared or just baked in the oven.
***There is less than 2% rice starch as a binder. The texture is soft and can fall apart, we recommend cooking from frozen.
