Fossil Farms is the 3rd online store I’ve tried for venison medallions. Their product is significantly better than the other 2 in size, quality and price. The shipping was also reasonably priced and it came very quickly, well package, and still completely frozen despite high summer temps.

Excellent product

These medallions were easy to cook in a cast iron pan with duck fat (from Fossil Farms of course). The meat was tender with a rich flavor. I cooked them to medium rare and they required nothing but salt. Healthier alternative to beef and tastes better too!
