Thanksgiving favorite

I used the Wild Boar Sausage with Roasted Garlic & Marsala Wine in my Thanksgiving sausage & chestnut stuffing. My guests voted it unanimously as the favorite dish on our table this year! I had a hard time keeping my dad from eating the precooked sausage prior to adding it to the stuffing!

The sausage has a full taste and quite lean for pork, and some bacon filler. Our enjoyment of it is enhanced by the relative low sodium content. My picky wife , who the most part would never eat sausage enjoys them.
