Very uneven roast sizes

oirdered 3. Got two that were around 3 lbs, and one that was 5.57 lbs, so makes planning a little harder. But the product is excellent. Kind of wish you had a bone in version. I think it would smoke a little better, but I may be wrong about that...

It was a hit! I did it like I would do a pulled pork but before hand I gave it a vinegar, like and beer bath.

Good but have had more tender boar from other sources, the NZ red deer on the other hand was 5stars
