Great ribs but left wanting more!

After I slow cooked the ribs on my gas grill, the meat fell off the bones but it wasn’t much! Loved the flavor and texture of the meat but wished there was more meat to enjoy!

Finally got that rack into my sous vide rig!

Incredible flavor on that Canadian Wild Boar St Louis rib rack! Paired it with a homemade hatch chili BBQ sauce I made at home that really brought out the flavor of the pork nicely. I always take my leftovers to my local watering hole to share with my friends and share new culinary experiences that they might not otherwise have here on Wilmington Island GA. All reviews were very positive from them and many didn't believe me when I told them it was wild boar from Canada.

Best ribs ever

These rips are so lean but very tasty without the fat. I used a rub and placed them in the fridge for two night. Then smoked them for about 5 hours wrapping them in tin foil for the last hour with a little Guinness to help steam them. Wow they are tasty.
