Wagyu "Kobe" Beef

Wagyu Beef is prized for its intense marbling and amazing flavor. In Japan, four breeds of cattle make up Wagyu Beef. Our Domestic Wagyu Beef has been crossbred, with Angus cattle, for the American palate. We raise these cattle without the use of antibiotics, hormones or steroids. Wagyu Beef is full of flavor and has better marbling than prime graded beef.
