Yak NY Strip Steak
Yak NY Strip Steak
Our Yak NY Strip Steak is juicier than Bison, more tender than Beef and does not have a gamey flavor. These steaks are perfect for the grill or seared in a pan. Cook no further than medium rare to fully appreciate the juicy taste. We recommend keeping it simple by using seasonings like salt, pepper, garlic or smoked paprika. Fruity flavors, also, work well, so try it with seasonal fruits.
