I eat mainly bison, along with venison, elk, yak—and a limited amount of beef. Long ago, I’d eaten some Piedmontese beef, and I’d forgotten how delicious it is. This steak was the best I’ve had in a very long time, and from now on, when I eat beef it will be Piedmontese.

The meat all came well packaged and of high quality. Even in the blistering heat, all of the meat was still frozen after being outside for multiple hours. We enjoyed the wild game starter kit very much and had fun grilling it all and trying different flavors. My sons favorite was the alligator, mine was the ostrich which brought me back to my safari trip in Africa.
